In 1991, l was trained in the window business, working for seven years at two popular window companies where l was introduced to window industry standards. I had imagined a better way to service customers without taking on the trickery and manipulative sales techniques so common to the contracting industry. Hence the name l chose for my company, which points to a more respectable treatment for the homeowner in this new 21st century !
